Our Home
By setting a high standard for chapter housing, Tri Delta fulfills its mission to add value to the collegiate experience by ensuring safe, comfortable and competitive living environments for our members. Tri Delta homes are a part of our identity and a home away from home to many. Living in your Tri Delta chapter house is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enjoy the comforts of home in a place where you can be yourself and belong to something bigger.
In a Tri Delta home, you'll create lifelong memories with friends who feel like family. Our homes feature safe, welcoming and inclusive spaces that foster sisterhood and belonging.
84 Broad Street
Though our chapter house can only fit 35 residents, it is where all of our members call home. The house is where we hold most of our sisterhood events from weekly traditions like Dancing with the Stars watch parties to karaoke nights to crafting events. In the fall you can find our members studying on the porch and playing cornhole on the lawn. In the winter we bundle together in the living room for study groups and movie nights. Those who do not live in the chapter house are still found throughout the house because 84 Broad Street is a place that all Gamma Sigma members can relax in. Once a week on Thursday nights the chapter gathers together for Family Dinner, a time to take a break from our busy schedules and studies to share a meal and take part in our beloved sisterhood. Even after graduation alumnae members often stop by to visit their old rooms and meet the new members of our chapter, building bonds across generations of Tri Deltas. 84 Broad provides us a space to carry out countless traditions and make lifelong memories. No matter where our members find themselves, they know they are always welcome in the chapter house.
